Job Description: |
- Serves visitors by greeting.
- Operates telecommunication system.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
- Assist customers telephonic as well as walk in inquiries.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain all necessary record related to reception area provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits & any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.
Requirement:
- Minimum Intermediate.
- Proficiency in Computer.
- 1+ year relevant experience.
- Good communication skills (both in English and Urdu).
- Good public relations, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure.
