Job Description
We are inquest of suitable candidates for the position of Customer Service- Digital Interns for one of our client.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Perform various assigned duties.
- Order verification via calls.
- Handle company's social media platforms.
- Will be responsible for handling digital customer queries & updating the data.
- Will handle inbound calls & help customers with their queries.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum intermediate with good English written & vocal communication skills should be considered.
- Someone with good computer skills, interpersonal & written communication skills would be considered.
NOTE: Pick and drop facility available for females.
Internship Duration: 2 months Stipend: 20,000/ per month |
